2/52- Sun: Waiting for Daddy

Our boys love fiercely. They love each other, they love their cousins, they love their grandparents, and they down right adore their daddy. The screams of excitement when they see or hear that he is home from work makes my heart burst. He is their hero in more ways that I can count.

We can't usually predict when Mark will be home from work. His schedule isn't so much as a schedule as it is a "you can go home when this is done" list. So as to not bother him constantly about when we can expect him home, we often check the Find my iPhone app to see where he is and if he is moving. The boys have gotten pretty good about knowing if he is far away on the map or if he is close to home. Then we wait about 30 seconds and refresh to see if he "jumps" showing us that he is moving his location.

It's rather exciting when he does start to move home! They will run to the door and wait to watch him pull up. Sometimes we will all go outside and wait in the front yard so we can give giant cheers when he arrives. He works so hard to provide for our family, it's the least we can do in return!
